Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy


All completed orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.
Any orders containing back order items will be notified within 48 hours with a ETA.


We use Australia Post for all parcels Bargain Bike Gear sends out.

Order Tracking

All Parcels are sent with Tracking request through Australia Post. Tracking information is Available on request.  Australia Post express satchels that have shown to be delivered via the tracking system will be noted as delivered.  Any issues will be raised with Australia Post but a replacement part will only be sent out, if a new paid order is created.  All other parcels will have tracking and will require a signature upon collection.

Back Orders

If a Back Order occurs we will contact you regarding this matter. We will offer a replacement item or allow the item to be back ordered. You will have the option to have all parts and gear sent together or all backorder items to be sent at a later date at no cost to you.

Returns Policy

Bargain Bike Gear allows any refunds or exchanges of the following:

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery.
(Returns must be in original condition and in the state you received them and in the original box with all contents.)

Change Of Mind

We will only accept change of mind returns for exchange or store credit


Any Postage cost which occurs to send items back to us will be covered by the customer. Any Change of mind items will occur postage cost both ways. Please contact us in regards to all return items to discuss this.

Using a good carton, return package via insured Australian Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. Please include a note stating purchaser's name, address, approximate date of purchase and / or  copy of your invoice.

Return Exceptions & Exchanges

Helmets can not be returned or exchanged due to safety concerns. 
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
