Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

We use Australia Post for all parcels Bargain Bike Gear sends out.

Order Tracking

All Parcels are sent with Tracking and Signature request through Australia Post. Tracking information is Available on request

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight,  size of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. All Postage is Calculated though Australia Post price structure.

Back Orders

If a Back Order occurs we will contact you regarding this matter. We will offer a replacement item or allow the item to be back ordered. You will have the option to have all parts and gear sent together or all backorder items to be sent at a later date at no cost to you.

Returns Policy

Bargain Bike Gear allows any refunds or exchanges of the following:

  • are or become defective through no fault of the buyer;
  • are not for the purpose you stated or the purpose the buyer made known to you;
  • don’t match your description or sample; or
  • have defects that were not obvious or that you did not bring to the buyer's attention.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery.
(Returns must be in original condition and in the state you received them and in the original box with all contents.)

Change Of Mind

We will only accept change of mind returns for exchange or store credit

Postage

Any Postage cost which occurs to send items back to us will be covered by the customer. Any Change of mind items will occur postage cost both ways. Please contact us in regards to all return items to discuss this.

Using a good carton, return package via insured Australian Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. Please include a note stating purchaser's name, address, approximate date of purchase and / or  copy of your invoice.
